Rivers Police Command calls for identification of female patient in UPTH

The Rivers Police Command has called for proper identification of a female patient rushed to the Accident and Emergency Unit of the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH), on October 15.

DSP Nnamdi Omoni, the Command’s Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), made the call in a statement in Port Harcourt on Wednesday.

Omoni said that the incident was reported to have happened around Melt-Boat Filling Station before Nkpolu in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers.

The PPRO said the elderly female patient was still been managed at the female Emergency Ward of UPTH.

“However, she is not well coordinated to give appropriate information of her address for tracing, but gave her name as Alice Michael and her daughters names as Chidubem, Martha and Beatrice.

“The command is by this notice appealing to any person with useful information that can assist in identifying the female patient to please contact the Chief Medical Director through 08068612954,” he said.
