Real Betis Feminas signs Nigeria’s Kalu till 2026

Real Betis Balompié Féminas has announced the signing of Chinyere Kalu from Nasarawa Amazons Football Club of Lafia.

Via its website on Thursday, the Spanish club noted that the Nigerian midfielder will join the team till 2026.

On her part, Kalu said she was excited to join the club and ready to give her best to achieve success.

“I am happy to be here. The club management, coaches and teammates gave a warm reception.

“As a midfielder, I am here to contribute my part to the success of the club and together, we will achieve greatness,” Kalu noted.

The 19-year old has a background in Nigerian clubs, playing for Martins White Dove FC, Osun Babes FC, Rivers Angels FC and Nasarawa Amazons FC.

The player has also represented Nigeria at the international level, featuring in the under-17 and under-20 teams, including the 2022 FIFA Under-20 Women’s World Cup.
