Photos as Dalung celebrates cultural carnival in Tarok

Minister of Youth and Sports, Solomon Dalung, appears half-naked in cultural wear at a carnival in his hometown, Tarok, Plateau State.
Dalung said the carnival, Ntim Otarok Cultural Carnival, is a “demonstration of bravery and show of strength.”
It is an annual celebration aimed at bringing peace, unity and development to Tarok land and Nigeria.
