PDP chairmanship aspirant to pay N3m, deputy chair, secretary N2m, others N1.5m

RESOLUTIONS TAKEN AT THE 76TH NEC MEETING OF THE PDP

The 76th NEC today received and approved memo on waiver to be granted to those decamping to our great party, especially in Oyo and Anambra States.

NEC deliberated on the date for the forthcoming National Convention to elect officers into the various offices at the National levels and approved December 9 – 10, 2017.

NEC discussed extensively on the guidelines for the 2017 Elective National Convention that will remain a working documents for the conduct of the elections and it was approved as presented.

NEC also considered and approved fees for the purchase of Nomination forms for all officers contesting for the various offices at all levels.

Chairman – N3m

Deputy National Chairman – N2m

National Secretary – N2m

Other national officers – N1,5m

All Deputy National Officers and Ex-Officio Members – N500,000

In conclusion, the Party discussed and approved relevant sections of the Party Constitution in order to meet up with current realities.
Please note that the approved sections of the Party Constitution is subject to ratification by the National Convention.
