Oyo community leader dies at 82

The death has occurred of a community leader, Chief Akintola Joseph Oredola.
Aged 82, Pa Oredola died on Monday morning at a private hospital in Oyo town, after a brief witness.
He was a native of Ilero in Kajola local government area of Oyo State, but lived in Awe town, Afijio local government area.
Until his death, the deceased was the Mayero of Awe town.
Late Chief Oredola, a devoted Christian, humanist, social justice crusader and caring father, was survived by children, grand children and great grand children.
Burial arrangements will be announced later.
