Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen scored twice to help Galatasaray defeat Antalyaspor 4-2, securing the Turkish Super Lig title.
Galatasaray knew they needed a win to clinch the championship, but it was Antalyaspor who took the lead just before halftime with a strike from Dikmen.
However, Galatasaray responded strongly after the break. Gabonese winger Mario Lemina equalized in the 56th minute.
Antalyaspor regained the lead in the 62nd minute, with Dikmen scoring his second goal of the match. But Osimhen’s heroics in the 66th and 88th minutes turned the game around, giving Galatasaray the lead.
In stoppage time, Ayhan sealed the victory with a fourth goal to put the result beyond Antalyaspor.
The win marked Galatasaray’s fourth consecutive Super Lig title, with Osimhen playing a key role in the last two championships.
Since joining from Napoli, the Nigerian striker has scored 61 goals in 75 games for the Turkish giants.
