Onyekuru to wear Jersey No. 9 at Anderlecht

Nigeria national team forward, Henry Onyekuru, has choosen to wear the No. 9 jersey at Anderlecht.
The 20-year-old, who signed Everton for £6.8 million deal, was loaned out to Belgian Champions last week for a season long loan.
Formal announcement about his jersey number was sent on Tuesday via Anderlecht’s twitter handle.
Onyekuru finished as joint top scorer in the Belgium league with KAS Eupen last season and Everton beat off competition from West Ham and a host of others to secure his signing.
Blues fans will have to wait until end of next season to watch him at Goodison where they will actually witness his style of play which is actually quite similar to that of Henry.
The self-confident Onyekuru is a cool finisher well beyond his age, and possesses a terrific shot with his right foot. The Aspire academy and Eupen cherish technical skills, and that’s why the Nigerian has made such phenomenal progress over the years.
