Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State, on Wednesday, announced the dissolution of the Boards of all Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) in the state with immediate effect.

This is contained in a statement issued by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Fred Itua, in Benin.

The statement also said that all the permanent secretaries appointed from outside the public and civil service have been relieved of their appointments.

It directed affected appointees to hand over all the government property in their possession to the most senior public officers in their respective MDAs.
