Mourinho: I will start new job in July

Jose Mourinho was fired by Chelsea last December but in an interview, he confirmed he will return to management in July and already knows where he’s heading.
Obviously, the main club everybody believes he will join is Manchester United, but rumours circulating about him being offered deals in China, from Italy and the English national team continue.
With the Red Devils’ terrible season hitting another low point on Thursday after they were dominated and defeated by bitter rivals, Liverpool at Anfield in the Europa League, Louis Van Gaal is not expected to remain in charge next season.
The veteran Dutch coach, who Mourinho worked with at Barcelona in the past, is contracted through the end of the 2016-17 season but with United’s chances of qualifying for the UEFA Champions League looking slimmer by every damaging defeat, it’s highly unlikely LVG will be in charge past the end of this season.
Mourinho, 53, has been considered for the United job in the past but it’s been rumored that Sir Bobby Charlton and other members of United’s board were not willing to have the Portuguese coach’s antics on the sidelines at Old Trafford.
That said, with the chances of silverware looking slim for the third-straight season since Sir Alex Ferguson retired, Mourinho has delivered success wherever he has gone and it’s likely that wherever he turns up in July that he’ll continue to win.
United’s fans certainly hope it is with them and perhaps the board of directors have changed their mind on Mourinho.
