Chelsea boss, Jose Mourinho, has hinted on Victor Moses staying put at the London club in the coming season after loan spells at Liverpool and Stoke City.

Nigerian international Victor Moses featured for ‘The Blues’ in a pre-season friendly against MLS side New York Red Bull on Wednesday, which Chelsea lost 4-2.

Mourinho said Victor Moses had made great progress during his loan spells.

“Moses is strong, he is experienced. He has got good competition but he is an experienced guy,” explained the Chelsea boss.

“He is fast, he is aggressive. He needs to learn to play with us obviously but I am happy with his week and his 45 minutes.

Victor has had an evolution in the past couple of years.” Mourinho said.

Moses has been linked with various other EPL clubs including Tottenham Hotspur and Stoke City.
