Mimiko floors ACN, Akeredolu at Ondo tribunal

mimikoThe Election Petition tribunal sitting in Akure has dismissed the petition of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) filed against the October 20, 2012 electoral victory of Governor Olusegun Mimiko.

The tribunal, having Justice Andovar Kaka’an as Chairman, predicated its ruling on the failure of the party to substantially prove its case.
