The Protestant University of Rwanda has invited the managing director of CMB Buiilding Maintenance and Investment Limited, Mr Kelechi Mbagwu to address its 12th convocation in Kigali.
He will speak on ” Developing and Futhering Collaboration in Africa: The Role of Private Universities.”
In the letter of invitation dated February 13, 2025 @!by the Vice Chancellor, Professor Olu Ojedokun on behalf of the University’s Council and Management, the University extolled Mbagwu’s virtues as one of the leaders of innovation in Africa’s construction industry.
“We, in Rwanda, see you as one of the leaders of innovation in the development of the construction industry. We also wish to honour you for your significant contributions in sports, particularly in Rugby.
It is our belief that your visit to our University particularly, the Huye Campus, will be the spark which opens up collaboration between you and the Protestant University of Rwanda and indeed, other universities in Rwanda and East Africa”.
Mbagwu, an accomplished rugby player and philanthropist, is well known for the innovation culture of CMB Building Maintenance and Investment company whose track record includes several estate development projects in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria.
