Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight rakes $500m in revenue

The Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao fight certainly raked in the dough.
Officials say the May 2 bout, which Mayweather won, brought in about $500 million in revenue.
Most of that came from the almost 4.5 million households that purchased the fight on Pay-Per-View.
Also, the 16,000 fans in the arena paid $72 million to watch the fight live in Las Vegas, the United States (U.S.).
And thousands of bars and restaurants paid hefty licensing fees to show the bout to customers.
The two fighters will likely split, at least, $250 million, with 60 per cent of that going to Mayweather.
