Match fixing: Former Premier League player Facey jailed

Former Premier League footballer, Delroy Facey, has been sentenced to two-and-a-half years in prison after being found guilty of conspiracy to commit bribery.
Facey scored one goal in 10 appearances during a brief spell in the top flight with Bolton, while he also played for 13 other professional clubs, including West Brom and Hull.
The 35-year-old gradually dropped down the league, becoming being paid less and less and he was made bankrupt and had his house repossessed in 2008.
He was arrested in November, 2013 after an investigation that focused on matches in League Two and the Conference South.
Facey was asked to approach lower league players and offer them £2,000 each to adversely affect the result of a match.
As a result of that, the betting syndicate he was working for would be able to place large bets on the foreign markets.
