Political and pop royalty collided over Labour Day weekend as first daughters, Malia and Sasha Obama, hung with Beyonce and Jay Z at the Made in America festival.
The sisters were spotted alongside birthday girl, Bey, as she marked her 35th birthday at the Philadelphia event on Sunday.
Sporting denim shorts and a “Smoking Kills” t-shirt, 18-year-old Malia also showed her school pride by wearing a Harvard baseball cap, a nod to the college she will attend in 2017 after completing her gap year.
In between enjoying musical acts, she was seen hugging Beyonce.
Meanwhile, younger sister Sasha, 15, hopped on someone’s shoulders to catch a better view of Chance the Rapper singing “Happy Birthday” to Bey.
It wasn’t Malia’s first time on the festival circuit.
In July, she was absent from the Democratic National Convention because she was at Chicago’s Lollapalooza, where she rocked out to Norwegian producer, Cashmere Cat.
