Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRazak of Kwara has congratulated Alhaji AbdulRahman Olayinka-Onikijipa, State Chairman,   Road Transport Employers’ Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) on his re-election for another term.

This is contained in  statement in Ilorin on Friday by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Mr Rafiu Ajakaiye.

The governor said the re-election of the RTEAN chief is a vote of confidence in his remarkable performance in office, including his support for government’s efforts to promote peace and orderliness in the transport sector.
” Public reviews of  Olayinka- Onikijipa’s leadership of the union suggest that he is a great manager of men and resources. He has brought a new vision to the union, such that encourages more young people to invest in the sector.
” With his vast experience and goodwill within and outside of the system, he is reputed to have contributed to the growth and development of the entire national transportation industry.
“We pray Allah to grant him  good health and  more successes,” the governor said.
