Keshi sues NFF for ‘wrongful dismissal’

Sacked Chief Coach of the Super Eagles, Stephen Keshi, is on his way to court to defend his integrity.
He has instructed a Kaduna-based lawyer to sue the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) for “wrongful dismissal and defamation.”
But one of the officials in NFF dismissed the move, describing it as the ranting of an ant.
He said: “Keshi’s lawyers have written the NFF, threatening to sue for wrongful dismissal and defamation of character. But the truth of the matter is that he does not have a leg to stand on as far as this matter is concerned. It’s all laughable and he’s just chasing shadows because he was paid all his outstanding salaries and allowances before he was sacked.”
