Four of the invited Flying Eagles players invited by the chief coach of the national U-23 men’s football team, Dream Team VI, Samson Siasia, for the second leg game against Zambia in Lusaka have reported to camp, beating the Wednesday deadline set by the team’s chief coach for them to report to camp.
First to arrive the team’s Febson Hotel camp was the captain of the Flying Eagles, Musa Mohammed, who reported after the team’s morning training session.
Then about 5pm during the team’s evening training session, the goalkeeper, Dele Alampasu, arrived. About 8pm, the duo of Taiwo Awoniyi and Mustapha Abdullahi came in almost at the same time to the warm embrace of those already on ground.
The only player not part of the team at the moment is Bernard Bulbwa.
Meanwhile, Siasia has invited three foreign based professionals for the game against Zambia in Lusaka next weekend.
The invited players who are expected to arrive in camp latest Monday are Paul Onauchu Ebere, Midtjyllan Fc Denmark, Atanda Sodiq Ololade, Fk Apollonia Albania and Aminu Umar Osmanlispor FC, Turkey.
