Carl Ikeme could miss the rest of the season, Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Paul Lambert has confirmed.
The goalkeeper has been out of action since sustaining hamstring injury while on international duty with Nigeria.
Lambert stopped short of saying Ikeme definitely will not play again this season, but admitted it was a possibility.
The coach said: “He’ll definitely be out at Leeds. I’m not sure if he’ll be back this season, it’s not one where I’m thinking ‘he’s going to make it’. I’m not sure.”
Ikeme has played a key role for Lambert’s side this season, playing 31 games in all competitions.
