He said that the new D-G was outstanding when he served as Chairman, Isoko South Local Government Council in Delta,
”He has served two times as ALGON chairman in Delta, Deputy National President of ALGON and Chief of Staff to the immediate past National President of ALGON,’’ he said.
The ALGON spokesman expressed the association’s confidence that
Ikpokpo would bring his experience to bare in undertaking his duty as ALGON D-G.
”The National leadership of ALGON anticipates that he will reposition the association for better performance and service delivery.
”It is our belief that he will drive critical synergy towards the improvement of local government administration in line with the socio-political realities,” he said.
