Sanwo-Olu

Tinubu Faithful Group (TFG), an All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Candidate Support group, has called for total support for the re-election of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State ahead of Saturday’s  elections.

The call was made in a statement jointly signed by the group’s National Coordinator, Olusola Orelaja and Fredrick Idehai, Deputy National Media Coordinator, in Abuja on Tuesday.

The group said that after contributing to the emergence of President-elect Sen. Bola Tinubu and his deputy,  Sen. Kashim Shettima on February 25, it had redirected its focus to ensure a landslide victory for Sanwo-Olu.

It  also said that it had already commenced an aggressive door-to-door campaign for the March 11 poll.

The statement urged all eligible voters in the state to come out en masse to exercise their civic responsibilities by voting for the APC candidate.

It reminded the electorate of the enormous developmental strides recorded by the governor, even in the face of global economic challenges as a result of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic.

It assured the president-elect, Sanwo-Olu and other stakeholders in Lagos State the group’s support in the overall interest of the nation.

The group has presence in 28 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
