Glo sponsors National School Fair for private schools

Nigeria’s grand masters of data, Globacom, is the telecommunications partner of the 2018 National School Fair exclusively organised for select top notch private primary, secondary and tertiary schools in the country.
The National School Fair is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. this Saturday at the Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos  while other Fairs would hold in three other locations on Saturday June 16 at the Sheraton Hotel, Lagos, Saturday, June 23rd at the Sheraton Hotel, Abuja, and Saturday, June 30th, 2018 at the Hotel Presidential, Port Harcourt.
The National School Fair is a platform for schools to meet critical stakeholders like parents, Information Technology companies, banks, insurance companies and state governments.
In a statement by the Executive Director, National School Fair, Mr. Stephen Ike, the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Idiat Oluranti Adebule, is expected to declare the Fair open this Saturday while about 200 schools have signified intention to participate at the Fair.
Apart from the Fair, there will also be seminars to discuss challenges and prospects in the nation’s educational sector. Topical educational issues to be discussed at the Seminar by the stakeholders include “Teaching in the 21st Century; Challenges, Key Skills and Innovations”, “School Safety, Security and Emergency” and “Smart Education: Leveraging Technology to improve the quality of Education” among other germane issues.
