Gambling: Mayweather wins $827,272

Floyd Mayweather’s winning streak apparently continued at the sports book over the weekend after he won over $800,000.
Even when he is not in the ring, his winning streak apparently continued at the sports book.
Mayweather put down big bets on NBA playoff games and Saturday’s fight between Gennady Golovkin and Willie Monroe Jr. wagering $350,000 and bringing home $827,272.
The wagers included Golovkin-Monroe going less than six rounds, the Rockets defeating the Clippers in a Game 7 at the Staples Center and second-half bets on both the Hawks and Rockets.
Even if the massive wagers had gone south, Mayweather would have remained solvent, as his recent mega-fight victory over Manny Pacquiao brought in over four million pay-per-view buys, a new record for the sport.
“The last four days have been great. I’m getting paid while watching others entertain and perform. I don’t do anything for free. I bet $350,000.00 and walked away with $827,272.73,” Mayweather said.
