Former home-based Super Eagles star, Ejike Uzoenyi, has been reported to be working on forcing his way out of South African club, Mamelodi Sundowns, after they failed to register him for the 2015/16 PSL season.
The midfielder joined the Brazilians from Enugu Rangers in 2014 but managed just one appearance after struggling with injury during that campaign.
The 27-year-old has since found himself fall way down the pecking order at Chloorkop, where Sundowns have already exhausted their foreign quota, meaning Ejike is set for a season of frustration on the sidelines.
That has led the winger to try and earn a release from his contract with the Tshwane giants, although Pitso Mosimane is believed to only be open to a loan move, with the coach still seeing enough potential in the former Enyimba ace.
