Eaglets face Korea in Suwon Cup opener

The Golden Eaglets of Nigeria will battle Korea U17 in the opening game of the Suwon International Tournament billed to commence on September 2, 2015.
The four-nation championship was shifted from July due to the outbreak of Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS) in the far-east.
The Emmanuel Amuneke’s boy after facing the hosts in the first game, would battle Brazil and Croatia in a round-robin format to determine the champions.

Incidentally, the Eaglets have been zoned together in Group A of the Fifa U17 World Cup billed for Chile.

Meanwhile, the team is expected to arrive the championship’s venue on Monday with 18 players and officials.
