Dennis Today releases new EP, “Giant of D 7th Planet”

Nigerian emerging Afro-fusion singer, Dennis Olaonipekun, popularly known as “Dennis Today”, on Monday released his sophomore EP, titled “Giant of D 7th Planet”.
The ex-Mr Nigeria ECOWAS,  in an interview in Lagos, said he was releasing the musical album alongside another single, “Lagbaja”.
According to him, with the two releases, he wishes to invite listeners into a musical odyssey that transcends genres, showcasing his diverse influences and distinctive style.
He said that the album promises to be a celestial journey through sound, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of music enthusiasts.
The artiste said he was committed to contributing purposefully to the tapestry of the Nigerian entertainment landscape.
He noted that the single, “Lagbaja,” is a track that promises to captivate his fans with its infectious beats and lyrical prowess.
“The title itself carries cultural significance, sparking curiosity and anticipation among fans eager to experience the magic woven into the song,” he said.
”As the firstborn of my late father and the sole heir of my late mother, my  story is one of resilience, talent, and divine sustenance.
“Beyond being a captivating musician, I  am a versatile model and actor,” he said.
Dennis’s ascendancy reached new heights when he was crowned Silverbird Mr Nigeria ECOWAS in 2018.
Since then, he has not only carved a niche for himself but has also opened doors for over 2,000 models, guiding them into the realms of film, music videos, and diverse entertainment ventures.
