Dankwambo appoints 21-member committee on National Dialogue

conference2Gov. Ibrahim Dankwambo of Gombe has appointed 21 persons to serve as the state’s National Dialogue Advisory Committee.

This is contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Abubakar Bage, issued in Gombe on Monday

The statement named Alhaji Usman Faruk, as the Chairman of the committee, while Mr Magallen Dedan would serve as its Secretary.

According to the statement, the committee is mandated to study issues in the upcoming National Dialogue.

Other terms of reference of the committee are, to make recommendation to government concerning the conference agenda and also mobilize citizens in the state to participate in the conference.
