United States (US) Congress, in the early hours of Thursday, certified Joe Biden’s Electoral College victory.
The decision was read by Vice President Mike Pence at 3:41am in a joint session of the Senate and House of Representatives.
Biden and Kamala Harris will be sworn in as President and Vice President on January 20.
