Commissioner for Women Affairs beaten over palliatives

Ondo State Women Affairs Commissioner, Dr (Mrs) Olubunmi Osadahun, was, at the weekend, beaten in Arigidi Akoko area of the state during the distribution of palliatives to cushion the effect of the removal of fuel subsidy by the state government.
Freedom Online learned that the commissioner was attacked by some members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the council led by their leader, following the allegation that
some names were removed from the list.
Among others, a blue chair was used to attack the commissioner.
Olubunmi Osadahun, who was injured during the attack, was rushed to the hospital for medical attention.
