In recognition of his noble contributions to the social and economic development of Nigeria, the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) will on Saturday, December 1, 2018, confer an honorary doctorate degree in Business Administration on Chief Daniel Chukwudozie, founding Chairman of Dozzy Group of Companies.
Chukwudozie, a renowned businessman, philanthropist and community leader, has impacted the society positively through various platforms, especially his business empire, Dozzy Group, which has provided employment and wealth for the teeming Nigerian populace.
The highly respected and unassuming Anambra born-businessman is a role model not only to his contemporaries but the younger generation.
In a letter addressed to the awardee and signed by the Registrar of UNN, Dr. Chris Igbokwe, the university recognises and appreciates the good works of the renowned business guru.
Chukwudozie, who was recently honoured as “the businessman of the year” by New Telegraph newspaper, has also won numerous humanitarian awards across the globe.
Dozzy Group is an indigenous company with vast interests in oil and gas, trading, manufacturing, real estate and agriculture with a workforce of over 2,200 Nigerians and non-Nigerians alike.
