Charly Boy, others to Supreme Court: Ihedioha is Imo governor

Imolites under the aegis of Concerned Imolites Forum took to the streets on Wednesday to record their grievances against the January 14 Supreme Court Judgement which nullified the election of Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha and declared Governor Hope Uzodinma, “the person who came fourth on the Election Day”, winner.

The group led by its National Patron Charles Oputa (Charly Boy), matched in a peaceful procession from the ancestral Ugwu Ekwema to Fire Service where they addressed a large majority of Imo populace who joined the solidarity match.

The group called on the Supreme Court to take a second look at the 14th of January Judgement on Imo governorship and correct the errors, while setting it aside by restoring the mandate given to Emeka Ihedioha by the people of Imo State on March 9, 2019.
