CHAN 2016: We should have beaten Nigeria, says Tunisian star Akaichi

Tunisia forward, Ahmed Akaichi, has claimed that his team deserved to defeat Nigeria in their Group C match on Friday.
The Etoile du Sportive Sahel player cancelled out Chisom Chikatara’s goal, as the Carthage Eagles drew 1-1 with the Super Eagles at the Kigali Regional Stadium.
Tunisia are still without a win at the African Nations Championship and Akaichi insists they had a good chance to take all three points against Nigeria.
“Nigeria did well in the game, but we created better chances than them,” he said.
“We could have won the game if we had converted all our chances.”
