BOSKOH Ambassadors pledge to support Sanwo-Olu

Boskoh Ambassadors, a group of young professionals, have pledged their support for the governorship aspiration of the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, in the 2019 election in Lagos State.
Speaking on behalf of the group at an interactive session with the governorship candidate on Friday, Ms. Damilola Sonayon James said that the emergence of the APC candidate was an inspiration for many young professionals to be part of leadership across Nigeria through active political participation.

She said there should not be any reason for good people to sit back in their comfort zones and complain about bad leadership in Nigeria when they had the means and capacity to contribute to the progress of the country.

“Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu has become a huge inspiration for many young people and professionals to become an active player in the leadership and politics of Nigeria. The days of bitter complain about bad leadership will soon be over with Sanwo-Olu leading a new generation of competent, upright and God-fearing leaders in the affairs of Nigeria.

“We, the people of Lagos State, are particularly lucky to have someone like BOS in the coming governorship election in Lagos State. His massive records of achievements speak so well about the greatness that Lagos will achieve under Sanwo-Olu’s leadership. That’s why we are giving him all our support.

“We will campaign across the length and breadth of this state in ensuring victory for BOS in the coming governorship election in Lagos State. He’s the right man for the job and we know this is God’s project which will be brought to manifestation for the good of all Lagosians”, she said.

While appreciating the group for their kind support, Sanwo-Olu stated that there are three fundamental human endeavours validated by God which should direct the advancement of humanity.

He said that religion, depending on whichever anyone professes, family and government are relevant aspects of human life that should be taken very seriously and be made better.

“There are three fundamental areas of human existence that are validated by God. These are religion, as it confirms with our belief, family and government. And I dare say that the role of government is the most critical in this mix.

“We must understand the importance of government in all our affairs. With that understanding we will be able to interrogate more and become more active in the business of government

“So, I am very pleased that young people and professionals like you are becoming more interested in government. That’s the way we can all make greater impact. We must all bring all our expertise to get Lagos better for our family, women, children and the future generation,” Sanwo-Olu said.
