It was in an atmosphere of solemn revelry that Oba Kabiru Agbabiaka, Ilufemiloye I, the Osolo of Isolo, embraced Hon. Kehinde Bamigbetan, the aspirant for the House of Representatives, Oshodi-Isolo constituency II when he paid homage to the royal monarch during the annual chieftains ceremony of the Isolo Central Mosque on Sunday March 13, this year.
Bamigbetan, attended the event in the company of the chairman of Isolo Local Council Development  Area, Otunba Adebayo Olasoju and his Ejigbo LCDA  Counterpart, Hon. Monsuru Bello Obe.
Praising the Osolo for his open door policy and fatherly disposition, Bamigbetan promised to always  seek the royal father’s advice in community matters to achieve success as an elected member of the House of Representatives.
Unfolding a few of his programmes, he said he shall propose motions, resolutions and ensure the enactment of bills to make  resources available for local governments and communities.
He said the economic crisis in Nigeria has made it necessary to go beyond lawmaking to cater for the welfare of the poor and empower the skilled.
