A cleric, Dr. Joseph Awoyinfa, 
has identified keys to possess unspeakable joy in the life of every human being.
Ministering on Sunday in Mowe, Ogun State at the 14th convention/anniversary thanksgiving service of Divine Favour Prayer Assembly Ministries, Dr. Awoyinfa said Nigerians must possess the habit of ceaseless thanksgiving unto the Lord over what God has given them as well as what He is yet to give them.
Quoting from the book of John 11:39-44, Dr. Awoyinfa urged Christians to learn from Jesus Christ, our High Priest, who established the tradition of thanking God in advance over every issue he put before the Lord.
Dr. Awoyinfa who is the Director of Sports, University of Lagos, further urged Christians to cultivate the habit of giving cheerfully unto the Lord in order to experience unspeakable joy of the Lord.
He described unspeakable joy as “a joy which you do not need to announce”, adding that “it’s a type of joy that intoxicates while some will burst into tears”. He added that sometimes, “it kills hunger.”
The cleric further enjoined the audience to honour their parents in accordance with the word of God.
In his goodwill message to the church, the Head of Political Science Department, University of Lagos, Professor Derin K. Ologbenla, congratulated the church on the successful anniversary.
Professor Ologbenla expressed satisfaction on the achievements of the church in the last 14 years and prayed for God’s guidance and blessings upon the church in the years ahead.
