Alia celebrates Imo governor, Uzodimma at 67

 Benue Governor, Hyacinth Alia, on Friday celebrated his Imo counterpart and Chairman of the Progressives Governors’ Forum, Sen. Hope Uzodimma, on his 67th birthday.q

 

The governor’s goodwill message was conveyed in a press statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Tersoo Kula, and made available to newsmen in Makurdi.

 

Alia described Uzodimma as a diligent, forthright, and results-oriented politician noted for his loyalty, patriotism, and strong commitment to good governance.

 

He said that as governor of Imo, Uzodimma had invested significantly in infrastructure development, adding that these efforts were already yielding positive impact for the people of the state.

 

The Benue governor further commended his colleague for his pragmatic leadership style, noting that as leader of the progressive governors’ forum, Uzodimma had consistently shown solidarity with fellow governors.

 

According to him, Uzodimma has been at the forefront of mobilising APC governors to support initiatives and policies aimed at accelerating human development and improving the quality of life of Nigerians.

 

Alia prayed to God to grant the Imo governor many more years in good health.
