AFCON final: It’s Mane vs Salah

Egypt, on Thursday, defeated hosts, Cameroon 3-1 on penalties in a dramatic Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) semi-final.
Neither side could break the deadlock despite coming close in 90 minutes of normal time before ending extra time with a goalless stalemate.
Egypt avenged their defeat by Cameroon in the 2017 final, and will play Senegal in the final on Sunday.
It is going to be a Mohamed Salah (Egypt) and Sadio Mane (Senegal) showdown.
Both football stars play for Liverpool FC in England.
In the semi final, Cameroon were the better side in the first half with Aboubakar hitting the junction of bar and post, but rather lost their way afterwards. 
Egypt had the biggest chance of the second half, Salah passing up an opportunity to round Onana and score, and will wonder how they didn’t settle things late in extra time, when Sobhi’s cross whistled through a crowded six-yard box and away from danger. Egypt were clinical during the penalty shoot-out, while Cameroon crumbled, losing three goals consecutively.
Cameroon will face Burkina Faso in the third-place match on Saturday.
