AFCON 2025: Super Eagles defeat Algeria 2-0, to meet host Morocco in Semi-Final

In a spectacular performance, Super Eagles of Nigeria, on Saturday, defeated Les Fennec of Algeria 2-0 in one of the quarter-final matches of AFCON 2025 in Morocco.
Victor Osimhen opened scoring for Nigeria in the 47th minute.
Akor Adams made it two 10 minutes later through an assist from Osimhen.
The Super Eagles will meet the host, Morocco, in the Semi-final.
Towards the end of the match, the Algerians became aggressive but Osimhen and others were able to tame their aggression.
