A preposterous article written by a despicable, amouphous scumbag has come to the knowledge of the Concerned Lagos PDP Patriotic Forum of a spurious and unfanthomable allegation and the most ridiculous recommendations by this double faced, political racketeer against our revered national leader and Omo Eko pataki, the Atoona Oodua of Yorubaland, Chief Olabode Ibiyinka George.
Ordinarily, this infra dig should’ve been ignored but it will be unfair to the public not to know the kind of questionable character Adetokunbo Pearse really is so any dealing with such a misnomer must be done with a long spoon.
Chief Olabode George, a leader per excellence having served his country diligently and passionately for good 25 years and another 25 years for his party spanning 50 years of meritorious service to national building and cohesion. He served as a former military governor of old Ondo State with an outstanding performance in governance and infrastructural development. His journey politically as a partaker of the enthronement of stable democratic government cannot be overemphasized.
He was the former Deputy National Chairman Southwest and former National Deputy Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party. Not that alone, he was appointed the Director General for Umaru Musa Yaradua Campaign Organization that ushered in PDP seemlessly into power after the tenure of Chief Olusegun Obasanjo.
An irredentist and loyal party leader without apology. Today, he remains a life, Board of Trustees member of the People’s Democratic Party. His expertise in conflict resolution and bringing a lasting peace accord between the Ife and Modakeke crisis earned him one of the highest and prestigious title in Yorubaland, The Atoona Oodua of Yorubaland which was bestowed on him by the late Ooni of Ife, Alayeluwa, Oba Okunade Sijuade 1st.
More accolades have not stopped since then.
We would appreciate if Adetokunbo Pearse can roll out his achievement in and out of politics. He cannot because he has failed in all areas of his life. He’s a compass without direction.
A serial aspirant that has failed in all attempts, twice as a gubernatorial candidate who withdrew most time in exchange for a mess of pottage from other aspirants in the race.
An inconsistent serial decampee has the audacity to recommend the expulsion of a revered leader who has invested energy, time and resources to the success and development of the party. What a sacrilege from a disgruntled moron.
His inconsistency and disloyalty to the party has for ever been a baggage of mistrust hanging around his neck and this is why he failed running for the central Senatorial seat and recently the Lagos PDP Chairmanship seat. As usual, he failed woefully. We can only advice the party leaders at the national to beware of this dissident.
Pearse and his cohorts are nothing but gatekeepers of some characters who attempt to return Nigeria to the old divisive and discredited first republic era where the majority always have their ways, while the minority were just onlookers without a say. He represents the worst form of a traitor to the Yoruba race by supporting and advocating for non-inclusion of the southern people, most especially the southwest in any of the most pivotal positions of the top ladder of the party. Yet he calls himself a Lagosian. What an absurdity. What an irony.
Tokunbo Pearse, a well known cash-out, perpetual aspirant and serial decampee without a political base or structure is advocating a ward chairman to institute expulsion on the only party leader who has stood firm and spoken to powers in opposition in Lagos and the national tirelessly. It is highly laughable .
Chief Olabode George has been an advocate of equity, justice and fairness which being a stakeholder and member of the Integrity Group of the G5 are trying to correct the wrong. This is all about putting our best out there with all the geopolitical zones fully represented so that we can chase out the failed All Progress Congress party out of power.
It’s a very sad tale on the selection process in our party that someone with a questionable character without a job could be considered as member of the presidential campaign council. Such a misnomer.
This was a neophyte brought into politics by late Engr Funsho Williams. Yet he misappropriated fund in his care for the primaries from the William’s family after the untimely death of Engr Funsho Williams which resulted into a fisticuff between him and Funsho Williams son that his cloths were tored to his panties but for quick intervention of Chief Olabode George, he would have been behind bars. Same thing happened during the last Lagos East Senatorial district rerun where this shameless fellow collected monies from the national secretariat to get a campaign office for the Senatorial candidate. He collected another money for the same purpose and renovation of the office from Chief Bode George. The office he said he got was an eye sore and an embarrassment to the entire Lagos PDP. One of the worst area in Shomolu. A single meeting was never held at the office because nothing was done to upgrade the office even with the large sum Adetokunbo Pearse pocketed. What a despicable character.
Pearse attrocities cannot be overemphasized but it is needless to waste valuable time and effort in discussing this man without honor or value. The only advice we can give to anyone that has a dealing or might have a dealing with him is to work with him with a long spoon as already been said. He has negotiated his character and integrity for little means of survival.
Finally, we wish our supreme leader of Lagos PDP, a happy birthday and we pray that as he ages, so shall his wisdom increases. His humility, kindness and standing for the truth at all time as earned him God’s divine grace to stand tall above his adversaries at all time. We pray that the good Lord continue to strengthen and bless him mightily. Amen.
