The Chairman of the Governing Council of Divine Favour Theological and Specialized Seminary, Mowe , Ogun State, Senator Anthony Adefuye, has said that year 2022 shall be a divine year for all Nigerians.
Speaking in Lagos on Sunday during a special 2021 Christmas Carol organised in his honour by the Choristers of St. Dennis Catholic Church, Akoka, at his Lekki residence, Adefuye said as a firm believer in the word of God, 2022 shall be a divine year for all Nigerians.
Said he :”ln whichever area you are believing God in the new year, God will settle you.
“Those looking for jobs, God will provide.
Those looking for promotion shall be promoted. Those looking for divine connection shall be connected. Those who are sick shall be healed”.
Adefuye, the Olugbon of Lagos and Sobaloju of the Source, urged Nigerians to believe God for solutions to all their challenges and never hesitate to celebrate His goodness in their lives.
He stated that the annual Carol was a way of showing gratitude to God for His love, mercy and compassion.
In an exaltation at the ceremony, the Head Pastor of Divine Favour Prayer Assembly Ministries, Mowe, Ogun State, Dr.Tayo Popoola, enjoined Nigerians to cultivate the habit of giving thanks to the Lord.
Quoting from the book of Ecclesiastes 12:13, Popoola urged Nigerians to also exhibit fear of God in all they do in the new year and also keep His commandments.
Dignitaries from all walks of life attended the special carol. They included a former member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Lanre Odubote, former Secretary of Somolu Local Government, Hon. Ademola Olisa- Adefalujo, former Secretary of Bariga LCDA, Hon.Babatunde Adesida and Hon. Abiodun Martins.
Others were Elder Ebenezer Adeleke, Hon. Adebisi Salau, Mr.Bassey Eniang, Mr.Frank Ekperigin, Mrs Adeyinka Banasco, amongst others.
