Fourteen months after a deadly shooting spree in Florida set a record for gun violence in the United States (U.S.), another brutal rampage has become the new benchmark.
More than 50 people were killed and more than 400 injured when a gunman opened fire Sunday night on people attending a country music festival in Las Vegas.
It is the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.
