The 2026 Zenith Bank Team Tennis event continued on Tuesday evening with Kalada Kienka, of the Diaspora Banking Team winning his second match in the Red Group without dropping a point.

At the end of Day 2, the Prestige Banking Team leads the Red Group with 53 points, with the Diaspora Group coming a close second with 47 points.

In the Blue Group, Akeem Mustafa of the Aspire Team recorded his second win with an emphatic 9-0 defeat of Dominic Icha of the Zeca Team, just as Emmanuel Anikibe of the Zeca Team defeated Azu Okonkwo of the Aspire Team, 6-3.

At the end of Day 2, Aspire Team leads the Blue Group with 51 points, followed by the Zeca Team with 46 points.

Tennis section Chairman, Victor Onyenkpa, told newsmen that the tournament would keep getting better till the final stages.

He expressed delight over the huge turn out of fans for the competition.
