Fatgbem Group led the nomination in the category of Family Business award of the year, at the 10th annual Prestigious Gateway Business Awards 2019, the nomination committee for the prestigious Awards has revealed.
Fatgbem, Lasaco and Adron are on top of the chart to be honoured at the 2019 Gateway Business Awards.
The nomination committee has also shortlisted a two time winner of the award, Lafarge.
Lafarge won the prestigious award in 2009 and 2013.
The foremost cement company has again being shortlisted in two categories vis: the Corporate Best Practice Award and Grand Prix Award for Reputation and Credibility.
Adron Homes and Properties also sits on top of the Real Estate Company of the year nominees, Revolution Plus Property Ltd, Katawa Properties Group, and Merit Abode Nigeria Ltd are not missing on the list.
Other nominees from different categories are GTB, Staco Insurance, Leadway Assurance, Coleman Wire & Cable, Nestle Nigeria Plc, First Bank Plc, Hi-Impact, Premier paint, Sterling Bank and Heritage Bank lead the chart on Best Socially Responsibility practice nomination.
The Media and Digital category is another hard nut for the panelists with very close votes in most of the categories aside for the Most Innovative Consumable Product category with only three nominations Verve Card, Paga and privateproperty.com.ng
More than 25 industry leaders will take part in the second round of the nomination for final selection in September.
The 10th annual prestigious awards will hold on October 25, 2019.
As part of the efforts aimed at making the 10th annual edition of the award more encompassing, some new categories have been added with a view to truly reposition it to recognize the concept of excellence in leadership and achievement.
