Former presidential candidate and human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore, was, on Thursday, arrested in Abuja.
Sowore, the publisher of Sahara Reporters
and convener of the #RevolutionNow Movement, was picked up by police officers shortly after leaving the Federal High Court.
The officers, who arrested Sowore, said they were acting on ‘orders from above’.
Despite his lawyers’ protests, he was immediately whisked away.
