A national prophet and head Pastor of Divine Favour Prayer Assembly Ministries, Mowe, Ogun State, A/Prof Tayo Popoola, has urged Nigerians to get prepared for rapture.

Ministering at a special service on Sunday, Popoola said the Lord spoke to him in a vision on Saturday to tell Nigerians and the world to prepare ahead for the second coming of Jesus Christ.

Explaining the vision, first to the ministers, leaders and the entire church congregation, the cleric described what the Lord showed him as extremely awful, dreadful and worrisome.

Said he: ” A great multitude of People were dying suddenly, fire engulfed some places while there were eruptions here and there. It was indeed, a gory sight.

The cleric stated that the vision was a confirmation of the word of Jesus Christ in the book of Matthew 24:36-42 adding that “the day of the Lord is a top secret known by only God but that it would be analogous to the day of Noah when at the point people were eating, drinking and marrying, tragedy suddenly struck and flood swept them away”. The cleric re- emphasized that the Lord said “tell my people to get prepared.”

Fielding questions from concerned people who were visibly touched by the message after the service, Popoola said “rapture is not new in the Bible but what God has done through the message was to refresh us in order to get set.”

From now onwards, we should live as if there would be no tomorrow. Love our neighbours, shun sinful lifestyle and obey the Lord’s commandments.
