Portugal, on Sunday, beat France 1-0 to become the champions of Europe.
Substitute Eder came off the bench to score the winner in the 109th minute.
The former Swansea striker, average during his time at the Liberty Stadium, let fly from 25 yards out and found the bottom left-hand corner of Hugo Lloris’ goal.
The France keeper desperately dived to his right but he just couldn’t get there and Eder wheels away in celebration.
Despite the extra two minutes added to the full time 120 minutes, French players tried to equalise to no avail.
