The APC and PDP have commenced last minute door-to-door campaign for Saturday’s by-election in Qua’an Pan North State Constituency.
The campaign trains of the two parties are being led by their state chairmen, Mr Letep Dabang (APC) and Mr Raymond Dabo (PDP).
The parties campaign trains are moving from village to village wooing voters.
The APC team has all the chairmen of the 17 local government sreas.
The APC candidate, Mr Eric Dakogol and Mr Alloy Oliver of the PDP were optimistic of victory.
Dabang called on the people of Qua’an Pan North not to be deceived to vote for any candidate other than Dakogol of the APC, whom he said was the right person to deliver to the people the dividend of democracy.
Dabo of the PDP said that the party was sure of victory in the Saturday’s bye-election as its candidate was the most popular and qualified to represent the people of the constituency at the house.
The by-election is coming after the death of the former member, Godfrey Dashe (PDP), some months ago.
