Oyo ANN elects ward officers

Oyo State chapter of Alliance for New Nigeria (ANN), on Monday, elected ward officers.
The acting Chairman and Secretary, Hon. Yusuf A. Moruf and Mr Gbade Adeleke, supervised the well-attended congresses. Representatives of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and security agents observed the congresses in various wards across the South-West state.
Local and state congresses will hold on August 2 and 4 respectively.
It is believed that ANN has the backing of popular businessman and politician, Mr Gbenga Olawepo-Hashim, who is a leading presidential aspirant on the platform of the party.
