The Director-General, NIHOTOUR, Alhaji Nura Kangiwa, stated this in a statement issued in Abuja on Saturday by the Institute’s Public Relations Officer, Mr Joesef Karim.
Kangiwa said that the program aimed at making the children to be more creative, knowledgeable, as well as acquiring skills needed for a specific craft or job function.
According to him, children will be trained on house keeping, salad making and dressing (traditional and continental) , juicing, table manners, table setting, presentation skills among others.
The director-general said the first session of program would last from July 17 to 28, while the second season  starts from July 31 and end on August 11 at NIHOTOUR, Abuja campus.
He urged parents to utilize the opportunity to ensure that their wards develop life skills that would help in the growth of their careers.
According to him, the program will help the children to develop practical, as well as relevant skills which opens doors in the job market.
