NFF broker peace in crisis-ridden Supporters’ Club

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), at the weekend, managed to broker peace in a long standing leadership battle and a power tussle that had crippled the Nigeria Football Supporters’ Club.
The Federation issued a communique itemizing the decision reached at the parley which was meant to reconcile the feuding parties – particularly the Chairman, Board of Trustees, Dr. Rafiu Ladipo and the Acting National Chairman, Vincent Okumagba.
An election date for the national body was has been fixed for December 10, 2016.
The communiqué also stated that vacancy for the office of both President General and Deputy President General will be declared come July 2017.
